Game
One of the players is a defuser, defusing a live bomb that is going to go off in a few minutes. You are the only one that can actually touch and defuse the bomb. The problem? There is no way for you to know what cable to cut or what switches to pull.
To your help, you have one or multiple friends that have a printed manual (free to download and print at home) that can be used to disarm every different type of bomb. But your friends are not allowed to see the bomb. Now you have to describe what kind of bomb you have and they will need to figure out how you are going to defuse it, without them seeing it.
An intense game, best played in VR. The gameplay is very simple and quite repetitive even though every bomb is a bit different. Be prepared for a few nights of fun with a friend or two but nothing more.
Note: We played and reviewed the game using an HTC Vive.
Co-op
A unique take on a coop game. Be prepared to be frustrated with your friends being bad at explaining what they see or need to know. And celebrate the sweet victory when you actually managed to defuse a bomb.
The game is probably best played with one or two friends helping you with the manual.
Keep talking and nobody explodes can create hilarious coop moments and combined with the asymmetric gameplay it results in a high coop score from us, especially if played in VR.
