This is not an actual game. It's a mod for Skyrim: Special edition that adds coop servers to the game.
It is truly impressive that someone has been able to add multiplayer code to the entire game and that you can actually run around in Skyrim and fight monsters together. But it's very clear that the game was never intended to be played like this. Even though the modders have made a great effort. The game is buggy with random crashes, corrupt save files, etc.
Co-op
You can explore the entire game together. Fight off monsters and roam freely.
But you can't participate in the same conversations with the NPC's. What's more disturbing is that you can't share quest progression, so every player has to start and finish each quest on their own.
That wouldn't be such a big issue if it wasn't for conversations often locking up for people in the same room. Making it necessary for players to leave the room and re-enter to be able to talk to the same NPC.
Don't get us wrong, the modders did a wonderful job. But the game was never built for this, and on top of that the project has been abandoned since 2019. Making it unlikely it will ever run smoothly.
